Miguel Minoldo
Director Technilogy
As a Global Technical Director @Altudo, I lead and support major programs and clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions. My primary focus is on DXPs, which deeply emphasize CMSs and content platforms. In this role, I help shape our clients' digital strategies, define and guide architectural decisions, and oversee the successful deployment of DXP solutions. With over 16 years of experience, I’ve worked on numerous Sitecore projects for multinational companies as a Technical Director, Lead, Solution Architect, and Developer, spanning Sitecore versions 6 to 10, and SaaS XM Cloud and composable products. I’m also an active member of the Sitecore community, generating content, and sharing knowledge, and have been recognized as a 3x Sitecore MVP. In addition to my Sitecore expertise, I have a strong background in .NET development, C#, C++, and COBOL. I’m passionate about innovation, always eager to tackle new challenges, and committed to driving improvements and collaboration on every project.

I specialize in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, AI, and DxP with a focus on Sitecore and Optimizely. Recognized as a 4-time Sitecore MVP and certified TOGAF Enterprise Practitioner, I bring validated expertise in Digital Experience Platforms, Cloud, AI, and Enterprise Architecture. With over a decade of experience across diverse software development phases, I demonstrate adaptability and leadership in project implementation. I strategically architect and lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, pioneering innovative solutions that align with the latest technology standards. My hands-on expertise in Cloud and AI—including Computer Vision and Generative AI—enables me to design and deliver transformative enterprise solutions. I specialize in building scalable cloud-native systems using Docker, Kubernetes Service, and Terraform, bringing agility, intelligence, and efficiency to complex transformation projects.
